it depends which one you're best at.

the more experience you have, the better the banner you will make with a program.

Yep, they sell it for around 800 dollars new.
Usually people download crack it after they download it or something. You can buy it off ebay for a bit cheaper.

Just use the program in the one you're most familiar with.

i use adobe photoshop.. you can also use paint shop pro too.. paint shop pro is less expensive but adobe is more advanced.

I feel bad, but my friend sent me the full version of PS 7...so it cost me nothing. You can dl it off Kazaa or whatever.

But I used to have the trial version of PSP. I like PSP better. I hate how you can never just hit ctrl + z and keep hitting it to undo things on PS. Uck.
