okay well i have psp8 and i want my image in black and white but only my eyes in color ... infact i want to make them a different color anyone noe how to do that... i noe its possible

I think you just make everything black and white and then fill in your eye or do the red-eye removal.

i tried the red eye reoval and it just makes your eyes look like really fake

Well, Iono how PSP is like, but I'm assuming it's something like this...
Make it black and white and then use your marquee tool and select the part where you want to colorize it... |
