Code Theft, let's see if... Options

I'm not trying to be a hater or anything... but is there anyway I can code my site so when someone does the old
"atl+v, atl+c" action on me, all of my code will be hidden and replaced with a message of my choice?

I have seen it done on other sites, but because they did it, I was unable to "alt+v, alt+c" them and steal the code so I could use it

Anyway, I know I have been posting some difficult questions as of recent... forgive my perpetual inquiries.

Even if you could disable alt-v and alt-c, there is no foolproof way to block people from seeing your source. It's impossible.

Listen, I'm not trying to disable the combination of key strokes... when the source comes up:


All I want visible is a caution message or a something else in place of the code.

This is possible because like I said, I have seen it done.

With the 48 million people on Createblog I'm sure there is a handful who know how to do this.

There is this code, but it's definitely NOT foolproof. Or maybe it's just the one I'm thinking of. They'll view source, close your xanga window, and then just copy and paste. And they'll have copied your source. The only good way, I believe, is to encrypt your codes. But you need a encrypter/encoder [duh] to do that. Good luck finding one that xanga allows, b/c theyve disabled a bunch. Hope that helped a bit?

I can't believe I didn't think of that.

And yes, you're right, Xanga does ban a lot of them there encryption thingies.

I'll see what I can find... in the meantime, if anyone can think of another route, hook it up.
