William Hung isnt the only asian that speaks english ..if u listen to Fly to the Sky Brian speaks fairly good english onyl b/c he was born in the US.hes korean but speaks good english..there mayb sum other asian singers that speak english but i cant think of them..

You are a bit ignorant about Utada Hikaru. Know your facts before you state something Utada grew up in the US. Not only that but she got into Columbia State University. I`m pretty sure that she should know fluent english to be able to have AP classes and enter such a good university.

Twins...like most HK singers can speak english, but with an accent, some heavier than others. Twins in english is ok, but it's not quite as fluent as it could be. And they obviously dont' have great mando, because like I said, you don't have to be able to speak it to sing it. And it isn't that bad, is YOUR mando good enough to understand it? lol j/k
