i think you take the advertising rule to far. like onetime someone wanted ideas for a site they were making because it was advertising. oh and tehy didnt post a link. how is it advertising if you dont post a link?
i didnt think that trishes thread should be closed. i mean its not like someone joined only to plug their site. and dont give me that IF U DUNT LYK IT THEN Y DUN U JUS LEAVE?11 shit. |

Rules are rules everyone has to follow them.

Need Help? As in what? adding ppl to their list?
making a thread just so ppl can come visit your page and whatnot is advertising.. or asking them to join something is advertising.. If u go to webdesign chat.. ppl be posting their layouts for their personal site.. we have no problem we that.. but if u make a thread just so u can have ppl join your site.. or what is advertising.. |

i think mods should be open to suggestions, otherwise other mods need to take over. because seriously cb is what we want it to be and if it's going to be like rule rule rule blah blah blah we'd rather talk to our moms cause i'm sure she has less rules.

Every forum and web sites have rules. So respect them... It's not very hard to follow... we just ask a simple thing and ppl tend to be complaining about everything we do...

well I didn't like it when I was talking about something that I had an opinion of (ya know, discussing it w/ others in the board) and had to provide a link as so they know wtf I am ranting about. And then a mod closes it on reason of advertising.
   Not cool, almost fascist.EDIT: I mean, that's what a lounge is right? We discuss stuff on our minds. If I couldn't provide a link, others would think wtf is this guy talkin bout. The restriction requires everyone to know wtf the other person is referring to. |
