Only time it really spamming is:
1) same topic 2) using the same post more then once that not really spamming. Their are members who response to different messages all in 1 section. |

one time there was actually a topic of someone bragging that they had something like that. and another accusing they were spamming by being the last to post in every community forum. the result was that it was decided that it was NOT spam
