Have you ever had someone try to steal "you"? I don't know how to explain it.. but they say every quote you say & put it off as their own, use every phrase you say, your style, the way you talk, who you're friends with, start to like the same music you like.. etc. IT'S EERIE. It's been going on with this girl for a YEAR. Goddamn. She's older than me so it's not like a little kid idolizing someone. & we're not even friends.
She goes to the same forum as me too (Soompi Forums).. so I can't write about it there OR in my xanga which she goes to a lot. (SHE'S WASN'T EVEN SUBSCRBED TO ME BEFORE & WE'RE NOT IN THE SAME BLOGRINGS). She recently subscribed though because I told her Happy Birthday (I don't HATE the girl.. I'm just freaked out by her) She likes to steal my sig style at Soompi also :[ OH. & she made a new screenname that sounds like looks like mine but I've had mine for 2 years. Mine is my name then x3. Her's is also that but with her name. & I HEARD SHE WAS CONSIDERING CHANGING SCHOOLS TO MY SCHOOL. But thank God she went to a school closer to her. I don't know what to do.. I don't want to "back" down or I'll feel like she's won. She'll just think I'm okay with it & start doing it more often. IT'S SO ANNOYING. I tell my friend this (whose friends with her too) & he's like "You're so paranoid, you know that? Because she's just SOOOO nice." Then I tell other people about this (who aren't friends with her but know her) & they're like "YOU'RE RIGHT. That's creepy". Just watch her go here too & be reading this.  ANY ADVICE? Am I being paranoid?

leave it be for a while. sooner or later she'll find someone else to imitate. confront her ONLY when you KNOW you can't take it anymore. it'll be a messy confrontation though ;o make sure you tell her your side of the story in a clear, but calm manner.

that actually happened to me before, but didnt exactly copy every single thing of me. she copied the way i talk and sometimes i make up these words that are pretty much unique since obviously i made em up and id find out she uses em. so i imed her one day and told her to stop copying me and she tried avoiding me and all that crap so i was like, either you wait afterschool or i will see you anyway. so i fronted her that day and told her to stop it cause its so fcuking stupid, then she got scared and stopped. rofl

omg omg omg omg sooo funny. her xanga entry..  looks EXACTLY like mine. i wrote about "bi" two days ago. my xanga's blank right now, so she stole it from me. & that asian shirt.. SHE STOLE FROM MY COUSIN'S XANGA, because i put my cousin's xanga name on my xanga once & i wrote about it in my AIM away msg. so funny. ahahaha right now, my cousin's gonna play with her mind. then i'm gonna go & tell her off once he's done :] |
