OMG IT'S IAN THORPE!!! *DROOLS* Just when his image was starting to fade away...lol Well to critique this layout, hrrmmm maybe you should take out his picture in the left module.. it looks too "messy" or just fade the image so it looks really faint. I'm not too fond of the yellow and green text.. try maybe white or greys or blues.
