most say personality... then there are those who say that personality is bs because no one would want to hook up with an ugly person. ;x but if you think about it, not everyone goes out looking to hook up with anyone; it just happens. so if you develop a great friendship with someone, which turns into a romantic relationship, it wouldn't even matter if the person's good looking or not because you've already clicked with his personality. with marriage, in the long run, you'd want someone who'd make you happy, make you laugh, cherish what you love, and respect you for who you are; not someone who still looks drop dead gorgeous when you're all wrinkled up.

all of that and more haha happy.gif well thats the perfect package ain't it? but really now, i don't have much preference for looks, as long as they're decent. yes i'll admit it, i do look at one's looks. but if i'm intrigued i'll stick around to see the person's personality, which is what really hooks me. _smile.gif

I would say, personality first, but that doesn't necessarily mean that looks aren't important. I wouldn't be able to spend the rest of my life with someone who I thought was fugly either.

The other factors do count though. I could not give my heart to a very unattractive person with an okay personality... it's shallow, but as discussed in the "would you date a fat person" thread, looks do matter to some extent. pinch.gif

Definitely personality and heart comes top of that list. Looks are a bonus but not a must. Your looks are always changing like when you get old, etc.

Definitely personality. Looks are somewhat important, but nowhere near as important as a good personality. _smile.gif
It goes like this for me:
Personality, Heart, Attitude, Eyes, Face, Smile, Anything else, and then Body.
