Palestine and israel ...........

i personaly think they should be able to live together, but it seems neither side is tryng to compromise. Ariel Sharon keeps using the term "terrorism" as an exuse to force innocent people out of homes, fire upon innocent civilians and take away peoples human rights. Yasar Arafat on the other hand is leading people to belive violance is the only to resolve this problem

also you cant say all this section of the earth has been inherited by a group of people . people are being displaced from there homelands all the time in history i mean look the " white man" settled places like America and Australia? a land where WE displaced the people who were originally there.

But.......do Israelies have the right to the land? Yea, ....so do Palestinians .

So what I am trying to say is, we should just be "for" peace and not pick a side becuase thats the only solution to the problem. If you take a side then your ignoring the basic human rights of the other side. Your ignoring the basic freedoms that make americas society ... the freedom to live where we want to live.

I know the Torah from back to front. See I am Catholic, and Christians have something called the Bible. The Bible is split into two parts: the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Pentateuch, the first five books in the Old Testament are the same thing as the Torah except written from left to right, and not in Hebrew. Thanks.

Now, the idea that GOD, YAHWEH, or YHWH (sorry I couldn't help it, please forgive me), promised Jews the "Promise Land" is total f**king búllshit.

Every army in the world mounting an attack against Israel still would not succeed. The Jews were exiled both by the Babylonians and the Romans. This was the Diaspora. Later, they were reassigned the land in the Balfour Declaration, i think. And then, the occupants of the land, who were the Palestinians were mad when Israel was created. In 1948, Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon attacked Israel, but Israel won. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees fled to Arab nations, but they refused to accept them. Then, the Israelis launched an attack on Egypt, because Israel thought Egypt and Syria were going to invade Israel. Again, Israel won. They got the Sinai peninsula, Golan Heights, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, as well as East Jerusalem. 6 years later, Egypt and Syria attack Israel during Yom Kippur. Israel is caught off guard, but manages to pull of yet another win i think. I think they gave back some land there, and that's where we are today.

Based on the above, I am siding with the Israelis.

Under International Law and Geneva Convention Laws Israel is Illegally Occupying Palestine. I dont condone the act of suicide bombers but if the most part of your life you and your family are being dehumanized, taken out of your land and not being able to do what you want in your own country ie go to hospital it is the only thing they can do. Most palestinian families living in arab jerusalem are having their home destroyed because they didnt have a permit yet they have been living their for years and years, The Israeli army should get the F out of Palestine.. it isnt their land and was never their land, they abadoned it a long time ago.
