i was just wondering if anyone had a "theme" or something in their room. i'm just trying to get ideas bc i move in about a month and i'm trying to find a new bedspread or something, and i don't know what i want. i was just wondering what your rooms looked like...yeah lol.

Well not sure if this is really something you would do....but mine is all monochromatic..black white + silver/gray...All the color is in posters, pics, etc. etc.

my room doesnt have a theme it has more a feel ...?...it has dim lights candles and insence and a lot of paintings and posters. oh and my bedspread is plaid. [hehe]

hmm well i'm not so sure about an actual theme but its interesting. i like my room. its red with some ikea furniture haha and plenty of posters/pictures/collage on my walls. kinda messy, but not too bad. i'll post pics soon.

My room is checkerboard;; Gray and light gray;; Silver drawer fronts and I'm about to paint the base black;; Tan brown comforter;; Spider Man poster [But it fell down];; Magnetic boards/Bulletin boards;; Silver frames;; Twisted lights;; Green curtains [I'm changing them later though]. I try to keep the basic colors in my room by putting black and white pictures. It's very messy though .

If you went into my room looking for a theme you'd see nature. I have a deep green carpet and light blue walls. My curtains have a print of a garden gate on them, so you look like you could step into the wall and out in a garden. I used to have a butterfly bedspread. I have fake roses hanging and paintings of nature scenes. I also collect dried roses.

Then you look at the junk in my room and the theme seems to be chaos. I have rock star, rap star, fairy, movie, and blacklight posters. I have house blueprints and photos of friends hanging up. My carpet is covered in clothes and paperwork and my rose collection is hidden in the shadow of my huge black bunkbed. Chaos.

My room has light blue walls and a white ceiling. There is an indention where there's a big cozy couch, a queen sized bed, and there's a small TV that you can watch from the bed. On each side of the bed are two nightstands with lamps that you can turn on at night to read. There's a big mirror and a lot of my paintings all over the walls. There's a small desk with drawers that hold diaries, folders and crafts. I'll take some pictures and post 'em up later.
