some codes i want require the same box ((ex: webpage stats)) and i i have a counter and i tried to put a hover code in it.. but the hover code worked but then the counter diasappeared..is there a certain divider i have to write so both can work?

No, I don't believe so... you just need to make sure to end the code so they don't merge together.

doesn't the hover code usually go in the header html? or is it a special kind?

try putting the counter in webstats and the hover in the header
