BackGround is Messed uP, my background doesn't work Options

the badwith is not over its limits, the problem is that the background doesn't show up becuase i think the general settings somehow keep overriding my background turning it into white or whatever esle color the general setting is set to i checked all the other reasons why the background may not have worked but i am pretty sure it has something to do with the general settings background control at the top most of the xanga site

? okayyy maybe just insert the URL of the background to where it says BACKGROUND IMAGE at the bottom of your claf.
