how do you do this effect:



can someone please tell like in a tutorial.. i use Photoshop :)

Are you talking about the blend? The brushes? Or the pattern?

do you mean the blend or the bitmap/pixely stuff?
the blend tutorials and the bitmap/pixel tutorial are both in the tutorials section. there are lots of blending tutorials and the 2nd one is called photoshop:blending bitmap and coloring or something along those lines.
