Please help! does someone knows here how to make a striped pattern and overlay it to an image like this one here...
 and also...how do you make striped backgrounds... 'ope you guys can help me...

ums. .. the first question should be in webdesign :-D but den um ... go to goodtutorials.com and look up scanlines... there are a ton! its for photoshop though .. ..
2nd problem.... make a striped on a 3 x 3 template. save then upload... put it in the background part of your claf and repeat it. . . |

make a new 3 x3 document make 3 dots going a across edit>define pattern use the paint bucket tool and fill it in...using photoshop that is

Yes I know how to make scanlines...but how do u make it in a slanting position> like the pattern in hilary duff's image...

you can check out the tutorials..on the second page there's one on making patterns.

Yeah, always check the tutorials section for patterns before you post..I think their are some and if not, PM me for some more website links.

use Paint and just put stripes in it and upload it and then simply put repeat pattern
