and also...how do you make striped backgrounds...

ums. .. the first question should be in webdesign :-D but den um ... go to goodtutorials.com and look up scanlines... there are a ton! its for photoshop though .. ..

2nd problem.... make a striped on a 3 x 3 template. save then upload... put it in the background part of your claf and repeat it. . .

make a new 3 x3 document make 3 dots going a across edit>define pattern use the paint bucket tool and fill it in...using photoshop that is

Yes I know how to make scanlines...but how do u make it in a slanting position> like the pattern in hilary duff's image...

Yeah, always check the tutorials section for patterns before you post..I think their are some and if not, PM me for some more website links.

use Paint and just put stripes in it and upload it and then simply put repeat pattern

its the same thing, just slightly different on photoshop, i'm pretty sure you'll be able to figure it out yourself. =]
