i must ask. to those of you in college and are almost going to college or will be going to college, how are y'all going to pay for it? parents? work? financial aid? etc?

... as for me, college is so expensive that i'm so stressed out and wanting to drop out already (and it hasn't even started yet ^^;).

my mom pays. Or I do. Just depends on if i have the money. I'm not getting financial aid right now so we have to pay.

eh, hopefully a scholarship or grant. or i'll probably take out some loans. but if i go to Columbia University, I only pay half the tuition.

yeah it will be a tough time for me too cause we're not that rich-_-;;;; sigh if only i get a scholarship but im not a smart korean girl-_-;; even tho i born there but im like americanized girl rofl hehe... cause i lived here like 11 years eheh....not a smart kid here <--- >.<;; anyways heh...yeah it's gona be hard i dont know how im going to take care of myself... i heard that one kerry's speech was like reduce college tuition...hmm is that true?

georgia has the HOPE scholarship...but i have a couple more years and now thanks to algebra i might not even make the cut

Well I'm trying to get in with scholarships, so I won't have to pay much.
My mom wants to keep me in-state, even though I want to go somewhere else she says just going an hour south to Virginia Tech is a good enough college..

i`m not in a rich family, but we still survive to live in a pretty medium-big house.. well for me loans, cuz i`m not a really smart girl to geet a scholarship, nor am i athletic really.. cry.gif ermm.gif

As for me I have no idea how I'm gonna pay for college. Most likely I'll have to work a ton of jobs, get loans, try to get a grant . . . or there is always the military right? Yeah I'll find a way. I've got one year to figure it out, UGH!

no..but shes almost 80 with a ton of heath problems....and im only in 7th grade so i think she might b gone by then

When I DO go to college, I probably won't really get any scholarships. So, I will just get financial aid (hopefully, since my sisters got it) and use that to pay for my tuition. My parents won't pay for it yawn.gif
