If you mean in a picture that you're making, you need one of those special paint shops. If you have one then go here to blend. I'm not sure if it;s for adobe too, just incase you have it. but if you need more go to google and search "tutorials for blending pictures for adobe' or replace adobe with PSP8 or something.
