you post it up in the xanga skin forums. attachment are like this you want to post up that you can upload from your computer onto CB |

You have to PM a design or xanga staff (can't remember which) and fulfill the requirements to submit it. (requirements in xanga skins forum)
Attachments are where you put up a picture that you don't want to upload to something like photobucket. |
