I know it sounds kind of dumb, but how do you kiss? What if you do something wrong? And who starts it? I know a few people who say that 'it's an instinct and it will just come to you and it will feel as if you've been doing it all your life', but is this true? I'm very nervous, and even though I don't have a BF yet, I just want to know. Thanks for reading, and I'm thankful there's a forum for something like this. :)

Aw, don't be sorry, just a curious gal who's lookin' for some advice right? Well, i think that the whole instinct thing is correct...it's kind of a natural thing you do. It will just come to you. Then again some people alter there kisses to make them bad, so don't purpously try to make your kiss REALLY intense...it will sort of guide itself. If that makes sense....eek...um..hope that helped...but seriously, don't worry about stuff like that yet...you've still got plenty of time to grow up.

the whole it comes naturally thing is def true.....my first kiss was really akward and kinda messed up i think..... but me and him ended up dating for a while after that.... so like even if its really bad (mines was reeally reeeeally bad) it doest make a difference.... and u get better wiht practice!!

Ur friend is right if u get an experienced guy 4 ur 1st kiss it will b awkward 4 u kinda like it was for me but 4 like 2 mintues..
But my friends ditched me 2 go 2 the bathroom and we were alone and my dad was is the 1st row and we were in the back.. So yea But when u look at each othr once, twice, or a zillion.. There's never a right way to kiss....well don't do it wrong like licking their teeth when he/she is not ready. Lmao, this happened to my friend and she's like eewww *backs away*

yeah just go with the flow as long as you're comfortable. i know people say its instinct and what not and i didn't believe it, but after i had my first real kiss
 i realized its kinda true. you get better as you gain more experience, haha, but don't worry about it you should be fine.

my first kiss was in 5th grade and all his guy friends were like
"kiss" "kiss" "kiss" "kiss" i liked it.. so it didnt matter about feeling right. even though it's 5th grade.. a kiss is a kiss right. and no it wasn't a cheek kiss. it was on the lips. i dont think kisses on the cheek really count for "kisses to worry about doing right" so i don't believe the coming to me naturally maybe a "real" kiss or a "true" kiss come more naturally. mine was more of a "forced" kiss. and all the rest have just been the "regretted" kisses. |

aww yay kissing! lol. yeah i would say that it will definitely come naturally when it happens. if he starts to lean in, wait and see if he's starting to close his eyes (he's getting ready for a kiss), or lean into your side (aka the cheek kiss). then just close your eyes and go with it! keep your mouth puckered and small, don't eat his face! i would say that just sucking on the lips is a good strategy. go slow and just enjoy it. yeah your first kiss will prolly be awkward and funky, but you'll get the hang of it in no time!!
