closing topics?, how? |

How do you close a topic? do you have to like.. umm have special "powers" on cb? or can anyone do it?

Administrators and Moderators are the only ones who can close, merge, split, move, pin, and delete topics. Like what I'm going to do with this topic in just a second or two. Because I'm a moderator.
