Sleeping on time

well im starting skool soon in like 5 days and well it starts at September 1st but like i need help or any tips on like going to bed at the rite time cuz i sleepr eally late and i need tips on likego to sleep like at 10 30 wut makes u guys fall asleep on time??
i hope this make sence

haha thats cool i start school on sept 1st too ... right now i go to sleep around 4-5 am lol... when school starts and stuff...ill go to sleep at 1 or 2 am ... what gets me to sleep...i usually just have my tv on something i like to watch and it puts me to sleep haha

I read.. which my eyes tired. Sometimes i just go to bed and try to fall asleep... I fall asleep quicker than i think...

On a school night i usually go bed about 11:00 or 12:00. If i can't sleep i usually read a book.

i start school on the first too, haha, great.... don't want to go back so soon. um yeah, its hard for me to sleep though because every time i try to go to sleep, i just lay there and stare at the ceiling the whole time and never fall asleep. i found it easier to go to sleep if your really tired out from doing something in the day like playing basket ball for a long time.

I agree with jose. Drink some warm milk and limit your caffiene intake for that day.

Well, it's usually the first day and that's where everyone gets excited about school just for that first day, right? I just set my alarm clock and forced myself to wake up on time..I mean, I could always end up sleeping on the bus or in classes. :D haha

my school starts sept 1st too.
i've been going to bed half an hour earlier than the previous night
tonight im gonna be going to bed at 10:00 and then till wednesday i'll be going to bed at ten
i dunno it helps me

bleh, i know what you mean. school starts sept 13, but nowadays, i'm sleeping at 2-3ish. but i dunno, just go to bed and try to sleep i guess. on the first days of school, i'm so nervous, i'm up like half the night wondering what school's gonna be like.

Some people cant sleep cuz they never waste their energy. (me) if ur someone who doens't do alot of physical activities....u should see itno that

do alot of stuff the day before. lots of walking, especially. then like an hour before bed, take a shower, drink a glass of milk and just go to bed. if u usually listen to music or watch tv before bed.. do that. its not good to change things up too much.

omg yu're just like me. i sleep at like 8am at the latest and its a really bad habit cuz my school starts very soon and im gona lack on studying and everything cuz im not getting enough sleep. if i were you, i'd read some boring book. i dont read a boring book but i raed comic books. lol. one other way is just shut off the lights and make yur room pitch dark, shut yur eyes and try fall asleep.
