Gaara's Sadness, Another Naruto layout :D Options

Well...I made another Naruto layout, and decided to follow some suggestions:
-No Swishmax abuse
-Bring out the Photoshop
-Don't use Flash to design the actual layout X_X

So, you can say this is my first time using all-Photoshop, no Flash...still kinda new with the program, so don't criticize too harshly . If you have any suggestions, tell me!

k, since it seems to be an unpopular skin , i added some...touches to it (clouds) and put some flash into it now...hope you guys are happy now? :D

OMG! animation clouds!! they are so awesome and looking neat!! omg ur so pro at the flash player part!! i have to say that ur xanga layouts is looking awesome!! that would be sooo cool if you put it for the xanga skin!!^^ but heh ur profile needs to be taken out for ppls to use that skin then hehe^^;; well anyways i love it!

I like this one better than your previous one, this one isn't a swish whore. The music's calming and the clouds don't draw the attention away from the blog. Good job , although the photoshop could use some work.

yea, i'm still a bit wobbly with photoshop cause i've been using mostly flash and swishmax the whole time. heres the original pic:


took a while to come up with a different way to draw out the sands to come up with the blog n profile. eventually, had to draw out the whole thing :T

hmm very creative with the flash. good except 2 things..
1. text box/div box is waaay to small
2. try sizing down the xanga in general, make it so it'll fit on one screen of an average monitor.. ya??

well...i know that most people liked the "Naruto: Chakra Overload" one...but truth is, that one had way less work involved...I'm actually tryin to put some work into my layouts instead of abusing specific...features on swishmax/flash. i've been trying to apply myself into believing that its how much work u put into a layout that makes it look good...if that made any sense . i mean, i thought the chakra overload one was the coolest thing ever...but it was "shallow". it looked flashy, but didnt show any skill whatsoever...a complete newbie coulda done the same thing had he known the basics of the program i was using to make the layout. @ least i put more effort into this one, so I'm happy.

its not like i had much of a choice, a large blog area would seriously ruin how the sand around gaara would look...i don't think the box is that small anyways, if its readable, whats the problem?

its a good idea, but i was workin on this screen on a 19 inch...ill try em on a 15er next time then, k?.

ive seen many naruto themed xangas and i must say yours takes the cake.

nothin to work on, very unique, and text box is fine unless you write essays for posts
