right click the image of the movie and save it. upload it to your own server and then do the same thing as a regular header.

^ I don't think you can do that, you have to do it from the source.
Once you get a movie link, use a movie player from Xanga Scripts and put that player (with the link) at the top of your custom header. |

If you get the file saved as a "swf" file, all you have to do is upload it, and then embed it into your html .
Example: CODE <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com --> <object height="100" width="550" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,29,0" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"> <param value="SWF FILE URL" name="movie"> <param value="high" name="quality"> <param name=FlashVars value="gCurURL=YOUR XANGA"> <embed height="100" width="550" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" quality="high" src="SWF FILE URL" FlashVars="gCurURL=YOUR XANGA"> </object> <!-- end code provided by createblog.com --> All you have to do is change to your desired width and height, url of the file, and the url of your xanga. I hope this helps |

you cant get files from other sites unless you view there sorce nd copy the url and put it up there^^^^ but if you are going to you should ask the site owner for permission first
