I sometimes get lightheaded, sometimes my heart feels... I dunno... weird... and at least once everday I feel like puking, and for the last 3 days I've been a little dizzy. It's not my period, cuz I've had that for more than a year and this stuff started a few months ago...

well, you should probably see a doctor about it, if you find yourself getting dizzy and light-headed and you "black-out" alot, then it's probably stress weighing your body down. i get that sometimes, and taking vitamins(like one-a-day maximum) really helps. if you feel nauseous, then maybe you should watch what you're eating or see a specialist. hope you feel better! happy.gif

yea i think you should see a doctor. You probably feel like that cause of what you eat or your not getting enough rest.

13. One doctor that I went to (an allergy doctor) said he thinks I have acid reflex thing. That probably explains the heart and stomach thing, but I don't know...

eat plenty of food (healthy food, not fatty foods like chips) and drink plenty of water, get enough rest and stay active if you're able too. if you get light headed sit down and try to "gather yourself"

doesnt seem like much of any help..... heh.

I've worked in the hospital emergency room all summer and we've seen this type of thing a lot. First of all, make sure you drink a ton of liquids. Water, water, water (no juice if it's a stomach acid thing). Milk is good for settling stomach acid problems too if you're not lactose intolerant. Sometimes dizziness can be due to dehydration, even for that amount of time you've been sick. Some people just don't drink enough. Also, if you're puking, you're losing a lot of food and liquid that way which would make you feel light-headed and dizzy. Second, I suggest to eat a lot of fruits, veggies, and fiber because that will make your stomach feel better. Greasy food will upset your stomach like no other. You could also try over the counter antacids.

If this continues, go to a doctor or walk into the ER for help. You shouldn't have to feel sick for this amount of time.

You should try to convince your mom to go see a doctor. Even though she thinks nothing is wrong, what if it's something serious? You don't want to wait for it to become a bigger problem so that it's harder to fix. Maybe you're under stress or you don't have enough proteins in your body. I don't know..it's best to see the doctor, as everyone else says too.
