no your not the only one, i usually put the bread in the fridge after it out for a couple days, then i ususaly forget about it and it becomes all moldy

Yeah, I do too. I always thought my parents were nuts because we had a bread box but instead we put the bread in the fridge. blink.gif lol

We have this weird ass cabinet that has humidity control that we put our bread in.

It's normal room temperature, just controls the moisture that gets to the bread, and prevents mold.

I think you can leave fresh bread in there for 3+weeks safely.

we dont put the bread in the fridge because eventhough its not in the fridge it doesnt spoil ... but when the bread turns green or its too old we throw it away

we put it in there sometimes just so it wouldnt mess up outside after a while...

we got two fridges and sometimes theres nothing in them so we put random things in there too.
