Do you believe that making money is the only incentive that leads people to work hard and try to excel?

I guess. For those who make a living off of it. For those interning, or working as a summer job, or something like that, it is alot of times the fun-ness of the job.

For the most part, yes. Why would we work unless we needed the money? If we didn't need it, then we'd just sit on our asses all day... like I do.

more than half of the time money is the reason people work hard. But [sometimes] someone would work hard because the person they like is at work and want to see that person everyday.

I think, when it all comes down to it, yes Money does play a very important part. When I think about it, if someone is trying to work hard and such to impress another, they are only truly impressing another because that other person thinks making alot of money is impressing. get my drift?

money is one of many incentives that has people working hard n trying to excel...though its probably the biggest reason out of the rest....

students --> grades
volunteer workers --> love for others

when it comes to adults and jobs....yea, money. u cant live w/o money.

Money is one incentive, yes, but I don't think money is the only motivation. One exampl is that a person can work hard to earn someone's love...

Yes, to make a living, unless their job is really really fun and they enjoy doing it or they're doing fun volunteer work etc. Well, it would be more convinient if people liked their jobs eh?

You need money; therefore, you need a job. Why not look for a job you enjoy? I think that's how it works.
