O man... This topic brings back so many awful memories when I lived in Brooklyn... Gosh. You wont ever believe how much me and my idiotic friends stole (or "borrowed" --as we called it ) I feel so bad for Genovese, I forgot what it is spelled like but it was a really good pharmacy store, like Rite Aid or CVS. *sighs in shame* Same for National Wholesale Liquidadors... I mean, its not like I ever really wanted to do it, but we were like 11 yrs old, dumb and stupid, and plus we NEVER got caught, so it eventually became an addiction -_- It was so easy to do too, and in addition we knew where all the cameras were so it was no problem... All ya gotta do is take off the bar code and viola. But... dang it. I really dont want to go into this... So much guilt, you know? And we werent bad or evil or anything, I guess it was just something that we liked to do for fun, and we got mostly everything we wanted by doing so.

I hope that since then (which was like 3 years ago) those stores plus many others increased their security...the horrendous people that we used to be should be caught doing their sins... Hopefully God will forgive me someday

Anyway no.. Um.. wait, okay I accidentally stole this girl's history book. "Stealing" is such a harsh word... More like I accidentally picked it up. Then I opened the book and found out it wasn't mines lol But anyway, she ended up moving a few days later and I sort of got lazy to return it.. Haha yea I know, I'm bad

After that, my Intermediate Algebra (Algebra 2) book was stolen during my freshman year. No one returned it.. I almost didn't get an A on the test because I didn't have my book to study off of nor do the hw.. I always had to run around to try to find someone with the kind of book I neede dand borrowed it.. only being able to do the homework in a little less than 20 minutes...

People don't know they're going to feel bad. It's the adrenaline and the need for whatever you steal that makes you want to do it, but some people just don't think of the consequences because they're sure that they can get away with it. I don't have much of a conscience so I don't feel guilty about things. My brother has stolen something entirely on accident (took a kiwi and put it in my mom's hoody and we walked out without paying).
