I usually do that also... but it depends on the reason why I'm mad, who i'm mad at, etc... but more often, I just stay quiet and keep to myself until i'm done being mad...

when i'm a litte mad: I juss complain really loud about it
when i'm mad: i sit there in silence with a bitter face
when i'm pissed off: i'm silent, but I can yell soo loud and just start hitting things...

usually go straight to my room or some where by myself so i dont take it off on others.I have a really bad temper and the little things can set me off. If it's that bad i'd punch the wall till my knuckles hurt. then cry. if im driving and git mad (always) usually honk at the retarded drivers that made me mad in the first place and then flip them off and drive really fast away from them

well, it depends on who i'm with. usually with close friends and family, i'll go crazy. you wouldn't want to get me mad. but around other people, i usually stay quiet, but when i get home, or i'm around people i'm close with, i'll just let out all that anger. so, yeah, don't get my angry. it's ugly.
