This is for people who have the Bowflex ...... when u pay for it monthly do they charge u interest? iono my moms hellla buggin about that.

and does the bowflex live up to its hype? im getting bored of free weights and the low ammount of exercise types i can do, thinkin about getting it, anyone got some input on this?

woot.. i used to have the bowflex, but i gave it to my brother... they do charge interest only if you're late on payment.

The bowflex is pretty cool... U can work on many things with that machine... IT's actually a all in one machine

iono i dont really use it though..

um, you can doa hell of alot more with free weights than you'll ever do with a bowflex

strength gains wont be as true on a bowflex because of fixed motion patterns due to it being a machine and not a freerange movement to the extent of freeweights

The bowflex is a good machine, it gives you resistance on the way down which makes you use all those little muscles, it gets you cut.
