just try to keep ur self busy with a game or like ^ said read a book..like that'll happen.. tongue.gif

If u have cravings for something to munch on then cut up and apple or orange...better yet just chew on gun cuz it keeps ur mouth busy... how about trying to eat small meals multiple times instead of 2-3 big meals? that way u can eat when u get hungry oO;

eat enough food at dinner so that it'll keep prevent you from eating late night snacks. watch some tv, movies, play video games, etc.

back when I was cutting, I would do some pushups or something. that keeps you from getting hungry. also, you could drink water. drinking alot water then going to the bathroom will surely occupy your time. happy.gif

when i try cutting down, i usually try to drink juices at night instead of water because as time goes by it kinda makes people hungrier, orange juice fills you up instantly, or even milk..

yep, those would work also. but then for the orange juice, if you don't squeeze it yourself there's going to be excess sugar. and if you don't burn that sugar off right away, it'll be converted to fat to be used as energy later on. milk makes you full because of the protein in it, but then if you don't get the 2% of the nonfat one there's excess fat in it. which isn't good. they both work, but you have to get the right ones. rolleyes.gif

juice and milk can make you gain weight....water is best for weight loss......during the day, drink lots of water, and keep a big glass of water or a waterbottle with you while you occupy yourself during the night (hehe CB!)
