my best guy frnd has feelings 4 me!!!!! he confronted me a little while ago....i duno wat i should do??!! he asked me out.....should i say yes and get it over with, or go with wat my heart says and dont go out with him...im scared if i say no it mit ruin our frndship......so im not sure what to do!!!! I NEED ADVICE!!!HELP

do what your heart tells you to. if your decision is really a no then dont lead him on, just dont regret it. you can always consider giving it a try and see how it goes but more or less it will make a difference to your friendship..

If you don't like him, then just tell him that you want to remain friends.
But, if you do like him, say yes. If he doesn't want to stay friends with you because you say no, then he's not a very good "best friend." |

dont go out with him out of pitty. thats just wrong. i mean, if this situation was reversed and you liked him instead, i dont think youd want him to go out with you outta shame (or maybe you would). plus if you go out with him and dont like him, it probably is gonna ruin your friendship if things dont work out.

if you don't have feelings for him in the way he feels for you, then don't go out with him. this happened to be me before and i told him that i don't see him anything more as my big brother kind of figure. he was crushed, but who wouldn't be? its better to tell him the truth then suck it up and go along with it.

Hm.. if you don't have feelings for him whatsoever, DO NOT LEAD HIM ON because that will be the biggest mistake of your life. If you do that, you both won't even be anything close to friends afterwards... It will be so awkward.
You should think about him IF you think u do have some sort of feelings for him and think about what you like about him and what it would be like to date him. PLUS, if you both are BEST FRIENDS like you say you are, then maybe you do like him alot as a person, otherwise, why is he your best frienda t all if you don't feel connected to him, hmm? AND plus, if you think "oh he's nice, but he's not cute, so I don't wanna date him," that's pretty EFFING SHALLOW of you if you don't like him because he's not the hot, popular guy that every girl's after. You should consider what a great guy he is if he can be such a great best friend to you. You NEVER know what you could be missing. BUT DON'T LEAD HIM ON if you don't have any feelings for him. I've never had a friend that ever liked me (except my bf that I have right now), but he wasn't even a best friend. We were SORT OF friends lol idk.. I only knew him for a month and a half. But it's great that him and I were friends because we could connect well. |

If you don't like him then obviously you shouldn't go out with someone you don't have the same feelings for. Just tell him the honest truth and let him down nicely. It's better to be BFFs than have a bf who'll you eventually break up with later.
