I don't have a link to the persons site i saw this on but it was cool. um lemme try and explain it
it was like a background image on the entry date. but it moved?... lol ever heard of it?

There. If you want a moving background the just change the image URL.

try using that code up there and replacing the backgorund http with this one: http://members.asianavenue.com/risa-cute-image/starglow.gif its a sparkly star one.
