i think that alicia keys is a perfect example of a role model her song "diary" is so powerful !!! it makes me cry all the tyme!

she IS a terrific role model... especially for girls like me who play piano. she's showed the music industry that classically trained pianists can become popular mainstream artists. she's an inspiration :)

Alicia Keys is gorgeous and so so SO soulful... her lyrics are deep as hell.... I love If I Ain't Got You.... Diary is dope as hell too... You Don't Know My Name as well (though it's kinda weird Kanye West made that beat considering it's pianos and Alicia Keys is supposed to be sick at 'em)

yea, she impresses me as someone who has the most of herself in her albums...
