ok so my site:: HERE its like ghetto cus the background...like whole layout image thing is rilly low on the page
 ..PLEASE help me figure out how to make it higher on the page..also does anyone know how to make the scrollbar like transparent?? also to get wat im saying check out my site..click the link above called 'HERE' thanks so much..

Well...your background is basically what is making it lower. Can't you trim off part of the top?

uhm to make it higher, go edit ur pic: trim off the black part at the bottom.
thers a topic around here on how to make transparent color. |
