photoshop blending help

http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22774 I used that tutorial and I have picture number three blended into number two, but somehow I can blend 2 into 1...what did i do wrong?

Hmm...near the last post, she posted an image on how your toolbar should look like. Check that out, maybe you don't have the settings right.

When I want to blend many things at once, I use the eraser tool on the airbrush setting.

Oh yeah...
You have to switch back and the colors have to be back to how they were.

Black and white, then switch to white and black. Also, you need a new layer mask.
Hope that helps.

Or maybe you dont have the right layer selected.

lol! i never understand that blending thing so i just stopped ....blah :D congrats on using it
