image mapping/blog positioning, help with Image mapping and BLog positio Options

hey hey.. uhhm.. i made a cool layout nd stuff... nd i tried a image mapping ting.. nd i pasted the code on my xanga.. and then the llinks didnt match up !!.. and now i dont kno what to do..

>> also i am not sure how to get the BLOG part like on the picture .. if neone could do the image mapping for me and aligning the blog... or just tell me what exactly to do.. that'll help.. and the image mapping tutorial.. the pictures dont work so i cant use it.. hehe..<<.. this is my layout::
