I woke up one night, and thought about you
The sound of your voice, the things that you do
I thought about us, and what I had lost
I kept you in mind, and counted the cost

You were always there, there for me
When no one else could, you could always see
the pain that was heald, and the fears that I knew
You took it away, and put it on you

As I started to cry, thinking of what I let go
My telephone rang, a number I did not know
On the other line, as clear as the night
You quietly asked me, are you alright

You know..eventhough I thought the poem was nice, you mispelling "you're" kinda ruined everything for me.
Good Job though. Keep writing.
