 i THINK i like this guy but then i'm not sure if he likes me. but then we flirt a lot. like he talks and touches me (not in that way  ) and we tease each other a lot. and when we talk he like has that look you know? and it makes me all  and im just wondering what would you say make me determine to ask him out? or should i just wait? and how would you get the courage. pff talked too much

Aww lol I always get excited with this kind of stuff.
I say if you don't have the courage to ask him out, just tell him that you like him, then his probably gonna ask you out. Cause duh girl, it's so obvious that he likes you too. OMG I'm in similar situation as you...only this has been on for 2 years now. so...don't be like me...just talk to him even though I know it's HARD. But don't wait 2 freakin years. Cuz now my friendship with him is strong and I'm afriad to let a relationship ruin it. So...take action NOW

haha i was in the same situation as you ... i wasn`t sure whether to act on my feelings or not ... but i was talking to my friends a lot and they told me to go for it! so i told him how i felt & it turned out he had feelings for me for a few months, but was too shy to do anything about it ! so ... my best bet is to maybe tell him cuz WH0 knows ... he might be too shy to do anything ! g`luck =]*

Just talk to him, and ease it in naturally. Like talk about normal stuff, then like about your friends' girlfriends and boyfriends. Like that, I guess.
But I've never had a boyfriend, so I wouldn't know how to REALLY do it...
