When you finally graduated from highschool and you realized your life is about to significantly change because of the new lifestyles your about to expirience?
Like today is my first day of summer and now It's starting to hit me.....like I'm really scared! I have like 3 months until I'm about to go to college, make new friends and be on my own. Plus I need to find a job this year....and it's weird cause I've never looked before (due to tutoring and stuff) so I have a new responsibility this year so how did you guys feel? (sorry if this topic is dumb) but it caught my interest to hear other people's opinions |

Eh, my last year of high school was good, just because I had people who made sure that I didn't flunk all of my classes the first two years, so I was able to take a lot of fluff classes and leave school earlier. I was beyond ready to get out of high school, though. I was anxious to start a new chapter in my life.

Coming into college not knowing a single person was a little scary, but really exciting because I loathed everyone from high school and was SO ready to meet different people. Now that I'm a senior I am beyond ready to graduate next May and start something else in my life.

I'm going to be honest and say that I didn't feel like how you're feeling right now. I guess mainly because I commute to school and you're going to dorm (if I remember correctly). The first day of school was a bit nerve racking but you meet people and become comfortable. Just make the most of it! Plus you'll have your sister to talk to since she'll be going through the same thing.
