Hahahahah I remember one of your drunken Facebook chats with me talking about your rigorous skincare regime.

Before I go to sleep...I spend a good amount of time on my iPod Touch watching YouTube videos, Facebooking, or watching some TV shows/movies. I find I can't go to sleep now without tiring myself out with the iPod first...I tried sleeping without it one night and I couldn't fall asleep for an hour. =_=

I have to open the window and get under the covers. Of course shower and clean my face, and do 100 pushups.

:| It's so true :( I've gotten lazy lately though my skin doesn't seem to act up too much even when I go out and come home and pass out drunk. Still looks fine in the morning. Allergies > me more than anything.

I have this St Ives scrub I'm obsessed with and I can't sleep without washing my face. It's rare that I really just don't feel like doing that, it usually means I'm really tired or something. Other than that, I brush my teeth and in a perfect world I'd make sure the kitchen sink was clean, but let's face it, I hardly ever even want to go look in the kitchen before I sleep. It's just, on a good day, I like it when my kitchen sink is clean. _smile.gif

I USE THAT

Living in Houston where it's always humid, we have no need for lotion unless your skin just straight up sucks.

Well it's not good to use it too often then it's too abrasive on your skin. If it's got the ex foliating scrub thing in it, you should use it once a week. When you do the daily thing, use a daily cleanser then afterwards you can use toner to kinda help "seal" your skin and tighten it.

You don't use your iTouch just to listen to music? I used to listen to a few songs on my iPod every night before falling asleep, but I don't need to do that anymore.

I shower (which includes using a facial wash), brush my teeth, shut off my laptop, and sometimes read for a little while.

Never heard of it until now. Does it work better than other acne treatments you've tried, if any?

i shower at night so before i sleep i'm usually playing on my psp waiting for my hair to dry ;o

i use st. ive's apricot scrub, too, but i don't like it as much; i find it too abrasive. and i'm unhappy with my current daily facial cleanser (clearasil). just waiting for it to run out so i could go back to my biore + cetaphil combo.

Make sure the front and balcony doors are locked and that everything is turned off in the living room/kitchen, shut & lock my door, pee, brush teeth and close all doors in my room (it freaks me out when the closet or bathroom doors are open at night), check my alarm & pass out.

So I'm a little OCD about doors...

Wash my face, floss, brush my teeth and then just listen to my iPod Touch while either playing solitaire until I'm really tired or just surf the internet.
