script for footer remover, and header too :) Options

hey can some one help me find the script for removing the header and footer of the xanga page.... the one with all the links

to take the header part or where it says
"username: reviews - events - subscribe!- sign out"

hmmm.. this doesnt work when i but it in the custom header.... is it because i have a boxed xanga>

i didnt box my xanga...
but i believe that if you put the code in "website stats" it works
well...actually i know it does.
