Can I get some opinions on the layout?

http://www.dericky.com

The site isn't done yet, so I am not looking for a review of the site. Just the layout. Thanks! :]

Ehh.. it's a bit too plain and basic, to be honest. I'm not a fan of striped backgrounds, and that font you used makes everything seem so cliché. The gray, blocky boxes makes everything look so boring and it sort of clashes with the background. The text and content isn't very well structured and it looks like hardly any effort was put into this. I'm sure you could do better than that.

Sorry, I just don't like the tables/modules you have. I know you were trying to aim for something more unique, but it doesn't look like that could be pulled off.

I'm sorry but no. The layout is too plain, imo. Change the background and font for sure. Also the rollovers seem kind of random. Only because the colors don't really match everything else. I give you props to making this but it just needs some more work wink.gif
