[FONT=Arial][SIZE=1]hi. I need to just ask a simple question on how to make a color photo turn black and white and then just color certain parts of the picture. please reply here or send me e-mail at xxcaptured_serenityxx@yahoo.com that would be very helpful.

i just change the blending option to luminiosty or something like that

For the first part, go to Image -> Adjustments -> Desaturate. As for the second, use the Magic Wand or Lasso tools and go to Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation, I think.
