one of them will fall for the other, maybe temporarily, maybe at the wrong time, maybe too late or maybe, just maybe...forever....Unknown Yeah, I found that quote and thought it was a great one to post in the relationships forum, especially since its like me.....I've been friends with John for 2 years now and have had this crush on him since the first time I talked to him. He's one of the best friends I have and don't want to ruin our friendship, but at the same time I would love to take things further. We flirt with each other and he's even told me he could like me as more than a friend. The problem is, when he's single he doesnt do anything, and now he's telling me bout his new gf. I can't see him or talk to him without wanting to just run up to him and giving him a huge hug or kiss. I just exposed a bunch of myself, didn't I??  So to quote my friend Jess, "Boys are stupid!!"

do u ever plan on telling him how you REALLY feel? i mean... maybe when time comes... you might have to move... or if he has to move... you'll never get the chance again... you can take some risks in your life... cant u?  well... if i were you... i would tell him... maybe not right now.... [since he does have a gF ryte?  ]juss let him know that you will ALWAYS be there for him no matter what happens |

whoo!! i definitely know the feeling...thats how i feel about my friend chris...sometimes it hurts so much to not be with him that i wish i never liked him at all but he knows how i feel about him and i know how he feels about me and we are still close and tell each other a lot so u should just let him know and accept whatever his response is

Tell him how you feel. I mean, I know how it is to keep your feelings for somebody inside yourself, and once you don't let them know you'll regret it sooner or later.
Hell, he may like you and only going out with her because he thinks he can't get you. |

Yeah, I have told him how I feel...but it was about a year ago (after we'd only been friends a year). I've seen him through several of his own crushes, and the unfortunate breakups that follow. The other night he actually thanked me for being his best friend through everything. I've been fortunate so far that he hasn't told me I'm the sister he never had---since all us girls know that is BAD news for relationship potential
 I guess I'll try to tell him....wish me luck

i agree with the quote .. it happens .. sometimes one for the other .. but not always both ways .. which is the unfortunate part of the deal .. i've had it happen to me several times in my life ..
