hey, does anyone have an asian avenue journal...if so, could you gimme some codes that i could use such as ones that'll give me music in the background--sorry if there is something like this already

i got AA but i barely use it..basically da code ta put musik on yo site is da 'embed src code..u put it in yo greeting message or w/e also, remember to check 'edit html' otherwise it wont work..

dere should be codes if u type this in the member name thingy aa-html-helper
iono. but if u check people's pages they usually have html helper pages that can lead u to it.

I used to have AA, using it as a live journal, for two years way back in 98, but I didn't keep up with it much. There were just a lot of "rate me" and drama in the chat rooms, so I quit my account.

Also, you're right, it does use regular html. Actually, it doesn't acept any javascript. And back last year, people started finding ways in which to put javascript and music up, somehow bypassing the restrictions. They got more strict and AA got more boring so I gave up. But Asianavenue is fairly Easy. You just put basic html codes up. Simple as that

I quoted only one person who I felt was extremely rude. Sorry don't mean to single you out. Who are you to say if topics are stupid and what not. Please be more tactful you wouldn't like it if someone said one of your topics were stupid.

As for the person who started the topic, just pm. I'm not asian but I have the migente which is the hispanic version of asian avenue. It's the same deal and I know all of the programing and such, basically I can help you. I hope the folks didn't discourage you.

its not a journal site..

because they dont allow any "special" scripts
besides the basic html..

but its the same thing as blackplanet and migente..
