can i do ANYTHING in adobe photoshop elements 2.0?!? blending, vectors, etc...
thats the only thing i have, and i dont see ANYTHING about doing webdesign in elements 2.0...? ![]() |

its similar to photoshop but doesnt have as many options. u are able to create images. u can create a banner

you can achieve any look you do on photoshop with photoshop elements.. it just involves different methods/tools.. you'll have to do a lot of stuff manually.

you'll have to blend without masking... aka, make use of the opacity change for each layer + eraser 'airbrush' tool.
