About a year ago, I found a tutorial to make portraits shown in the bottom. I made this for a school project about the American Dream t-shirts. Now I'm trying to create a face like the ones in the bottom for another project i'm working on and incorporate with the rest of the stuff I photoshopped, my problem is i don't remember how i did them and I cant find the tutorial anywhere? does anyone know the tutorial or knows how to do this?

Hmm it seems like you just need to colorize the images, posterize them and then add a scanline texture on top. Iono.
