Typographic detail is weak. You're designing in a tic-tac-toe grid, it's an amateur's tell. The design has odd focus shifts, there's no set focal point(s). The rainbow swirl in the background is providing aesthetics, though not very good ones, it's really all there is to look at. Your choice to fonts is pretty bad. Because you didn't spend any time to change the tracking, kerning, or leading in any of the text boxes, I won't continue with a critique.

so fix how ? i followed a tutorial and this is wat i got lol

The point of a tutorial is not to copy point-by-point and change one thing to make it your own. The point of a tutorial is to show you how to do something, so you may use that technique or method in your own design. You can read a tutorial on doing this rainbow swirl, but there should be a different application to it than taking the product of the tutorial and slapping some default text all over it.

And once again, I will state what I said previously. You need to EXPLORE your program. Learn it inside and out. Learn what each and everything little tool, filter, option is and what it can do. You need to practice. Everything is so beginner and generic that it's nothing we haven't already seen before. Practice, practice, and hell practice more. Maybe then you'll get it.
