It depends on the topic, for the most part, if I'm not pressed for time or something, I read it all

yeah, if it is funny, i'll read more of it.
but sometimes i dont get how people can talk about the same thing for so long without getting off topic. i always have the urge to get off topic. tongue.gif

another thing is that i will think that someone already said what i was going to say, so i just dont post.

If it's two pages, I'l read all of it and then if there are new posts...I would continue reading it. If there are already like...five pages that I haven't read, then forget it unless it's interesting. I read most of them, though.

Yeah. I do that sometimes, too.

But, for the most part.. I read all the posts.. unless it has 8 pages.. then I just read the first couple and the last couple pages..

I just skim through everything...get the important points. You know?
But the important part, IMO is to know what the person before you is talking about.

And if you're scared that people wont notice, I'll go look for your posts thumbsup.gif

It depends what the topic is about. If it's something interesting, then I'd probably read or skim through every post and page in the topic. If it's something boring, I'd skim through it to see the main points.

Haha, that last part is realli all you need to do in very long threads.. since its likely that the subject will have changed quite a bit

nah I don't do that. I just find topics that I feel like replying to. I don't think I've ever read an entire thread, just a few replies you know. I already know that mine won't be read by everyone, but sure why not reply.

If the thread is that long, it probably means discussion is going on, so I read the first post and read the last few posts to get a feel of what's going on.
