This is the Voting thread for 2009's Website of the Year.
Rules:
  • Only the winners of the Monthly contests during 2009 are eligible to win the yearly contest.
  • You need at least 5 posts for your vote to count.

By the way, it would be nice if the links to the sites were included and the screenshots used only in case the site went down, because there's more to "Website of the Year" than just the current design on the site. I personally would like to be able to see a site's content before voting. Just a thought.
